Genesis Dental Care Limited ("we", "us") runs the dental clinic at Unit 7, Milford Bay Plaza, Crown Point, Tobago. This policy covers this website, https://genesisdentalcaretobago.com, and our online booking. The short version: we only collect what we need to look after your appointments, we keep it confidential, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Online booking: your name, phone number, email address and the appointment details you choose. We use these to confirm, remind you about and manage your visit. Appointments are kept in our clinic booking system and synced to the clinic's calendar (Google Calendar).
• Contacting us: if you phone, email, WhatsApp or message us on Instagram, we keep that correspondence so we can serve you.
• The website itself: sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics scripts. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard security logs.

Your dental records

Clinical records made during your care are held at the clinic under the usual standards of patient confidentiality. They are separate from this website and are never published or shared with third parties except as the law requires or with your consent.

How we use your information

• To book, confirm and remind you about appointments.
• To contact you about your care, including follow-ups.
• To run the clinic (for example appointment reminders and our cancellation policy).

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
