We’ll confirm your time & fee
Someone from our office will contact you with a date and time, the reservation fee for your procedure, and a secure payment link. Once paid, your appointment is locked in.
Reservation fee policy
- A reservation fee is required to secure your appointment — the amount depends on your procedure and is confirmed when we contact you.
- The fee is fully credited toward your treatment on the day of your visit.
- It is non-refundable if you miss your appointment without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
To cancel or reschedule, call or WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
