Tell us a little about you
Share your name, contact details and the reason for your visit so we can prepare.

Send us your request
Fill in the short form and hit send. No account, app or sign-up needed, it goes straight to our clinic.

We’ll confirm your time
Someone from our office will contact you with a date and time. New patients receive a secure payment link for the flat TT$200 reservation fee — once it’s paid, your first appointment is locked in.
Reservation fee policy
- New patients pay a flat TT$200 reservation fee to secure their first appointment. Returning patients don’t pay a reservation fee.
- The fee is fully credited toward your treatment on the day of your visit.
- It is non-refundable if you miss your appointment without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
This small deposit helps us reduce missed appointments so we can offer times to everyone who needs them. To cancel or reschedule, call or WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
