The origin of beautiful smiles
Genesis Dental Care Limited is a dental clinic based at Milford Bay Plaza in Crown Point, Tobago, caring for patients across the island and visitors to the region.
Our name reflects what we set out to do: make each visit the beginning of better oral health. We aim to provide a calm, welcoming environment where patients of all ages can feel comfortable — whether they’re coming in for a routine check-up or more involved treatment.

Dr. Dylan Partap
Lead Dental Surgeon · Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
Dr. Dylan Partap is the lead dental surgeon at Genesis Dental Care, bringing nearly two decades of clinical experience to patients in Crown Point and across Tobago. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, completed his clinical internship at the UWI School of Dentistry, and is registered with the Dental Council of Trinidad and Tobago.
Over his career he has practised in both Trinidad and Tobago and developed a special interest in advanced restorative dentistry — helping patients rebuild and protect their smiles with lasting, natural-looking results. His approach is patient-centered and built on clear communication, gentle treatment and strong, trusting relationships.
Alongside clinical practice, Dr. Partap spent several years as a Clinical Instructor at the UWI School of Dentistry, training and mentoring the next generation of dentists and dental therapists — and was recognised as Best Clinical Instructor for six consecutive years. He remains committed to giving back through community outreach and programmes that promote dental education and access to care.
